Absolutely 0 support from Upper management, no training on the job, have to learn everything yourself and if you "train yourself " incorrectly you get in trouble, even after bringing up multiple times that you need training on certain areas because you lack experience they still leave you in the dark until the audit comes scores you poorly and then they loose their minds on you
