Excellent culture with a genuinely supportive and collaborative working environment. Management at all levels are approachable, humble, and highly supportive. My line manager and senior leadership have consistently provided encouragement, trust, and opportunities to take on new challenges and develop professionally. There is a strong sense of teamwork across departments, with everyone working towards the same goals. Senior managers are always willing to listen to ideas, engage in constructive discussions, and support improvements. The friendly atmosphere and employee-focused culture make it a great place to work and grow.
Cons
No concerns from my experience. As with any growing organisation operating in a constantly evolving economic environment, there are occasional shifts in priorities and new initiatives to adapt to changing circumstances. However, I view these changes positively, as they provide valuable learning opportunities, broaden experience, and expose employees to new challenges.
