      Plenty of freedom and flexibility with work location (remote contract).

      Cons

      Many changes with account structure has led to a degree of confusion within Sales teams, mostly resolved now.

      Great culture, wonderful people and tons of internal support

      As with any growing company, there's always some pitfalls but overall I can't think of a "con".

      Product seemed to work as designed

      Cons

      Company is focused purely on bottom and top line only. The culture the CEO talks about is not real. If you really need employment then consider. Otherwise look for another company that embraces the power of people. Layoffs are constant and arbitrary. You upset the apple cart and you are gone, you suck up to the CEO and you have a job for life.
