      Pros

      Management recognized work ethic with additional work hours. Free food here and there. One inevitably gets to know fairly well how the business functions if one gets involved.

      Cons

      Management lied about bonus pay during Christmas/New Year periods. Management sometimes works the driver sign in/sign out system to make their stats look better, i.e. minimum number of drivers while 'maintaining' delivery times to customers by signing in drivers when they aren't back yet and signing them out again.

      Pros

      Can be a fun environment. Can provide opportunities to make decent wage, highly dependand on the franchise you work for.

      Cons

      Some positions pay very low for the work they put in. This makes it harder to retain good employees to keep operations at optimal levels. Who wants to do 3 times the work as drivers for significantly less money?
