Pros

This will be store dependant but the people can be good fun and upbeat.

Cons

CCTV everywhere and you get warned not to be on phones or they'll catch you... despite managers being on phones constantly. Poor scheduling - their contract states that they will let you know the week rota the thursday before, but they also expect you to be available every Tuesday Friday Saturday Sunday even if your normal rota days don't cover those. Then when the rota is late will claim that its in your contract that you are mandated to work those days and Bank Holidays. Despite only having 2-3 days warning. Pay is minimum. Which is understandable. Though you get £1.25 per delivery which helps with fuel costs but not maintenance or paying for insurance. Had some trouble cause my metrics were bad even though that was because food was clicked as though it was put in the oven then made ready and given to me to deliver even though it was still in the oven.

Pros

The people you work with day to day are amazing

Cons

The Leadership has zero trust in their people and is all over the place. Lots of people looking elsewhere.
