Pros

- Colleagues and management were usually nice and helpful when it came to executing tasks, shift related issues, if something went wrong, etc. -Like most sales jobs, if you are good at selling you can make quite a bit with commission. -Incentives during weekends, bank holidays and similar. -The benefits are great at the start since you can get products for a very cheap price, but long term they don't serve much. The other benefits are quite standard with many companies.

Cons

-The sales target tend to sometimes be too ambitious and unrealistic, even my more senior colleagues struggled. (KPIs used to strict too, but they are being more lenient with them) -Management tends to put a bit too much focus on weekly targets and not consider overall progress. -Sometimes you are expected to stay after your shift hours to deal with promotional stuff and set all that up for the following day. (every week or few weeks depending)
