      Growing very quickly recently bringing a lot of change but it is exciting and creating opportunities for promotion

      Business purpose is enriching and positive. Employee welfare is strong. Pay & bonus scheme are attractive. Pension contribution is generous for a private company. Corporate communication is effective. Flexible working conditions are decent.

      Cons

      Pace of change is challenging. Recent restructuring decisions have been questionable. Former family feel is disappearing. Female representation in senior and executive leadership is lacking.
