After so many years it's harder and harder to find the pros. The only constat pro in the past couple of years has been the view from the office.
Cons
I strongly believed in the new CEO however it now feels more chaotic than it was during former CEO's days. Last year 4% salary increase and sign a contract to be able to get a bonus. This year, well no contract and ZERO pay rise ZERO bonus and a this after month's of working on EoY performance reviews to meet your curve. If no one got a pay rise and you knew that obviously why make us worm even harder to meet an imaginary performance review curve that had no impact whatsoever on salary increases. There is not a month without the announcement of new leadership and executive hire or change but we cannot hire an officer in UK with the lowest salary on the market. And all the AI announcements - you make it sound like its this amazing thing coming our way when in fact you just work behind closed doors on how to get rid of people so after every townhall where you rave about AI having to reassure the team it won't impact them becomes to norm.
