Absolutely zero regard to employee's welfare, disabilities or mental health. Constant procedure changes. Unreasonable work hours lead to impossible work life balance. Treated as second class employees simply due to being contractors. HR looks for excuses to benefit themselves rather than genuinely looking out for their employees. Zero sick pay. If you have more than a few sicknesses in a year you have to promise 100% attendance for 6-12 months or you won't have "shown enough improvement." Because of no sick pay people will come into the office sick and it will spread fast. No benefits given for seniority. I've worked there 5 years and wasn't even thanked.
