Poor management and you will switch so many managers in short time, chaotic organizational structure and lack of proper mentoring to prepare for role and dealing with certain client cases, pressure from management to complete tasks while you are saddled with inquiries and others get fired as more get thrown on your lap! Lack of resources and general guidance going into roles. Ok place to venture into and grow, but do not recommend for happiness, work/life balance, and long term career despite being a big company.
