If you’re on the freight team, it’s probably the best place to be. You make decent commissions, and find yourself shielded from the absolute chaos that engulfs every other corner of the company. Great for entry-level positions to cut your teeth
Cons
COO finally got the boot but not for all the years of abuse that made people leave. HR is worthless, they just bury everything and hope it all goes away. You bring up real issues, serious stuff, and they just brush it under the rug. The turnover’s ridiculous, nobody sticks around long, and honestly, why would they? They grind you down and then act surprised when people quit.
