Mid qualified - Controller GRAFF Employee Review

I work with an extremely hardworking group of people, and I like how we are always challenged to think outside the box. Knowing that GRAFF grew tremendously during the pandemic and is continuing to expand globally makes me feel very stable in this job. Plus, I can see Management is doing their best to hire more people to help lead and strengthen the organization, so I expect the company to grow even more in the coming years.

Although pay is above average, benefits can be improved. Management is always very busy, so communicating with them can be a challenge.

Pay is decent, location is okay if you live on south side of Milwaukee, they have beautiful products. The people in the warehouse are probably the best people to talk to.

The manager is expecting everyone to brown nose and do as she says. She makes up her own policies even tho they're nowhere to be found in the employee handbook. Her micro managing and bad attitude make working there a horrible experience. The company is super small and insurance and PTO suck. You get 5 days after one year. I also wouldn't recommend a person of color to work in the office. All the reviews you see on Glassdoor are absolutely true and I wish I had known that before taking the position. It was a total waste of my time. The turnover is extremely high in customer service and in the warehouse. They can't keep people due to the lack of supportive management.
