The manager is expecting everyone to brown nose and do as she says. She makes up her own policies even tho they're nowhere to be found in the employee handbook. Her micro managing and bad attitude make working there a horrible experience. The company is super small and insurance and PTO suck. You get 5 days after one year. I also wouldn't recommend a person of color to work in the office. All the reviews you see on Glassdoor are absolutely true and I wish I had known that before taking the position. It was a total waste of my time. The turnover is extremely high in customer service and in the warehouse. They can't keep people due to the lack of supportive management.

Everything you do is micro managed, I couldn't even go the bathroom without someone worrying. The training is inadequate at best. If you want to be blamed for things that are not within your control and the owner screaming in the background, this job is for you.
