Pros
Good employee workspace. Excellent benefits/corporate perks, even for part-time staff. Working hours can be convenient, especially if you like nights.
Cons
Management of casino have very little or no interest in employees. Could be working there for a year and be unnoticed! When short staffed, stints on the tables could be very long and tiring. Part of the job but, customers could be very intimidating and discriminating, need a thick skin, although management were helpful if you had an issue with a certain player. Fairly high turnover of staff.
