- Senior management can get away with anything because they are all family - CCTV cameras watching over everyone (understandable due to the value of the product and need to ensure security, but they are mostly used to watch over staff and occasionally used to check who left a smell in the toilet) - Bullying culture from juvenile management with no HR department to go to - Most staff treated like second class citizens - Absolutely no flexibility. Taking a full hour lunch and leaving on time feels like it's frowned upon - Entire office mood dependant on the mood of directors - How well you do will depend on whether they like you, not whether you're good at your job - Continuous disagreements between senior staff and directors, putting them in bad moods which they then take out on those below them - You will likely end up resenting the job
