      Pros

      Great team, really nice and friendly colleagues, supervisor and management.

      Cons

      Terrible Holiday package, NO SICK PAY, if off ill too many times you could lose your job, so don't get sick. Advertised benefits package is not as it seems. IT users are quite incompetent and the IT team overall is not respected in the company, though the company is heavily reliant on IT systems. Extremely low salary for job requirements. Was poached from the company for a better offer and would never look back. Expected to work some Saturdays from 8-12am for free. No overtime, however would be expected to attend site to fix problems, if sites/services go down out of hours.

      Pros

      A very interesting and varied role working with a lovely team of people. The office, and company generally, has a very friendly, welcoming feel to it. I appreciate the flexibility the role provides me with and learning about how vast and varied the waste industry is has been more eye opening that I'd anticipated! Good benefits for long service too.

      Cons

      Sometimes there is an isolation of knowledge between departments which is a shame because there are a lot of 'experts' across the company with great knowledge to share.

      Pros

      A friendly company with a wide variety of project work. Responsibility given for delivering significant projects Exposure to many different internal businesses Good at promoting internally

      Cons

      Being a smaller company you can sometimes be asked to do things slightly outside your usual role - this is often quite interesting though
