Terrible Holiday package, NO SICK PAY, if off ill too many times you could lose your job, so don't get sick. Advertised benefits package is not as it seems. IT users are quite incompetent and the IT team overall is not respected in the company, though the company is heavily reliant on IT systems. Extremely low salary for job requirements. Was poached from the company for a better offer and would never look back. Expected to work some Saturdays from 8-12am for free. No overtime, however would be expected to attend site to fix problems, if sites/services go down out of hours.
