Business Outlook
Pros
The company talks a good game to the new recruits. The training, on the face of it, is good. On paper, joining as a 'Self Employed Sales Designer', or 'Solopreneur' in their parlance, looks attractive - the reality ids so very different.
Cons
Poor leads, Teflon management who know less about kitchens than the sales force, appalling pay. Arrogant and disorganised management. Lack of meaningful investment. Where kitchens are concerned, Hammonds are so far behind the curve and will not face up to the issues being encountered at the coal face and being reported by their sales designers. Blind self belief will not guarantee success in a highly competitive market.
