      Pros

      The team I worked with were professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. The office is comfortable and has good resources. Can be very interesting at times, Company offers training courses (optional) and 2 company events a year (mandatory). Fairly good location with parking.

      Cons

      Constant changes which did not always work even when concerns were voiced by team members. Name and shame mentality. Productivity based on unrealistic numbers and not quality of output. Large workload given to individuals without discussion. Mental health of employees not properly dealt with but dealt with a keep calm and carry on attitude. Employees worried to voice their concerns over fears of being fired. Values not always observed by higher ups.

      IPC EMEA is an organisation which cares about its people. Culture is a continual focus, ensuring that everyone feels valued and happy in the workplace. A huge investment has been made in this during recent years, including training on various skills to foster effective collaboration Teams come together to achieve a common goal and everyone is always willing to help one another out. We are empowered to make a difference. The Leadership Team is also very accessible The company continually strives to be the best it can, listening to any concerns which may arise and working to improve them Benefits include flexible working, and items for breakfast and lunch in the office kitchens amongst many more

      Cons

      Often lots of priorities to work on at once and deliver quickly, but everyone pulls together to distribute workload evenly and help each other out. Management also encourage the prioritisation of work-life balance and wellbeing during busy periods
