It is good to hear that our benefits are valued and contribute to your working life at IPC EMEA.
We do take on board your comments on lack of development and upskilling and have been focussing on improving development opportunities. This year we launched our capability framework which will build individual development plans for our employees. We have identified and delivered some training needs however, there is a lot of more work to be completed in this area.
