None to speak of some would say the half day Friday but in reality you not able to take the benefit due to demands or perception if it is utilised.
Cons
Zero group strategy Political, business decisions are made based on personal relationships not business strategy or benefit. Conflict of interest, work is outsourced to CEO invested businesses rather than to the Group. Business operates to make individuals money not to create a profitable business operation, career international must wonder what they have acquired. The sexism and general discriminatory behaviour in this organisation is unreal, behaviours are enabled by senior leadership and repeat offenders remain in the business.
