I would welcome the opportunity to speak with you directly about the feedback you have given. The transformation we have initiated this year is significant, and some of the changes we are having to make are difficult. I can therefore understand the frustration you are feeling. However, some of the views you have are not correct - we do have an annual salary review process, we do have an annual bonus/profit share program and we do listen to our people. I can also confirm that the leadership team has not received any bonus payments. We also didn’t make any dividend payments to shareholders in our recent half year results (although I recognise the half-year results were announced after you had posted your comments) .
