      Pros

      Iress is a place where you really get the chance to learn, grow and make a difference. The people are genuinely amazing – smart, supportive and fun to work with – which makes a big difference day to day. There’s a real team vibe and people are always happy to share ideas and help each other out. The company’s been through a lot of change, but that brings energy and new opportunities too. It feels like a great time to be part of the journey and help shape what’s next. Pros: Fantastic people Loads of opportunities to grow Supportive and collaborative culture Exciting future ahead

      Cons: Things can move fast with all the change – but if you’re up for it, it means plenty of opportunity.

      Pros

      The people, minus the new leadership team. Long weekends

      Cons

      Medicore pay Mediocre bonus The current chief executive, Marcus price is nothing but a minion working for the shareholders. He doesn't care whatsoever at all about the people or the company. The day that he came to this company is the day that it was doomed. He has single handedly destroyed the fantastic company Andrew Walsh built. The new chief executive is worse than bull in a china shop. People are constantly worried aboht their jobs and who's going to be made redundant next. I hope you read this Marcus Price, what goes around comes around. I hope you one day get the same treatment that you have dished out to all the hard working people that came to work for Andrew Walsh and built this organisation up from nothing. P.s. I knew you were trouble ever since your first ever all hands call.

      I assume your comments are made in the context of the transformation activity, which heralded a period of change for Iress. We know some of the changes made during the transformation were difficult but they were required to position Iress for future growth and success. With the transformation now complete, we are already seeing improved performance and this is a validation of the changes made.

      I would welcome the opportunity to speak with you directly about the feedback you have given. The transformation we have initiated this year is significant, and some of the changes we are having to make are difficult. I can therefore understand the frustration you are feeling. However, some of the views you have are not correct - we do have an annual salary review process, we do have an annual bonus/profit share program and we do listen to our people. I can also confirm that the leadership team has not received any bonus payments. We also didn’t make any dividend payments to shareholders in our recent half year results (although I recognise the half-year results were announced after you had posted your comments) .
