Pros
No real pros anymore other than friendly staff. It has gone from being one of the best places to work to the worst I've experienced.
Cons
Staff moral at its lowest ever with a general feeling of mistrust towards senior & middle management. Fast pace change results in system changes being rolled out without sufficient testing and training provided to staff. Far to many incompetent managers & supervisors. Poor communication across the company.
