Pros

Nice office location in London Hybrid working Some really nice staff

Cons

Toxic culture, leadership team don't care about the core purpose of the company or people as individuals. Far too much unnecessary hierarchy and ego. Being docile and compliant is the name of the game here. High performers are held down or driven out.

Pros

Supportive peers and some great people across the organisation

Cons

Some teams could do with better leadership/management. This company is growing rapidly and has many positive aspects to it. However, some Managers lack the necessary leadership skills which can result in frustrated team members. They don’t want to know about the challenges faced on complex issues and opt for headline short term fixes. I have seen situations where the focus is appeasing upwards rather than understanding complexities and agreeing ways of dealing with similar challenges going forward. This hinders progress and reduces motivation for individuals that are committed to deliver solid outcomes that add value. This situation has been fed back to the management for some time but the underlying issues remain. There are some fabulous people working at LCCC and some are on the Senior Leadership Team. However, they often tend to be reluctant to deal with some areas of management shortcomings
