We’re sorry to hear that aspects of leadership and management have not met the standard we aim for. As we continue to grow, we recognise how important strong, consistent leadership is in helping colleagues feel heard, supported and able to deliver their best work.
We are continuing to focus on leadership development, including through Empower, our manager training course, and on improving how feedback is listened to and acted on.
