UNISON union stated whilst supporting me they had a, bullying culture and,ignored serious issues I raised around abuse neglect and H&S breaches.They used disciplinary procedure to prevent me raising serious issues. Having worked for this company I can too easily see how a client was allowed to die of hypothermia in their care in 2016. Proud to have spoken out within this company. Don't know what H.R get paid but it would not be enough to let any decent person sleep at night.
