Love the residents. Nice layout.

HR come once a month to moan about how useless the staff are, asking why staff are not answering bells quick enough, when you explain you have had 40 residents to wash between 5 of you, plus serving breakfast and feeding some, HR have nothing to say. The boss doesn't stand up for staff and has close friends who get away with everything, good staff are treated like rubbish while her pals are allowed to do whatever they like. The boss sits at her desk all day ignoring what's going on outside the door. Night staff sleep and leave residents all night without changing those that need It. Reports where made about a member of staff hitting a residents on numerous occasions, the boss. Ignored the claims. Staff are constantly exhausted and run down. There is no work life balance at this company, it's all work and no life, they even call you in when you are on annual leave begging you to work. .

UNISON union stated whilst supporting me they had a, bullying culture and,ignored serious issues I raised around abuse neglect and H&S breaches.They used disciplinary procedure to prevent me raising serious issues. Having worked for this company I can too easily see how a client was allowed to die of hypothermia in their care in 2016. Proud to have spoken out within this company. Don't know what H.R get paid but it would not be enough to let any decent person sleep at night.

Thank you for leaving us a review, all comments made are looked into internally to ensure we can keep growing and developing as a company. We have unfortunately seen some of our services short staffed during the COVID period and we are doing everything in our power to change this. Our internal recruitment team has grown to help us with this and we are seeing a positive outcome in the vacancies we are filling.
