HR come once a month to moan about how useless the staff are, asking why staff are not answering bells quick enough, when you explain you have had 40 residents to wash between 5 of you, plus serving breakfast and feeding some, HR have nothing to say. The boss doesn't stand up for staff and has close friends who get away with everything, good staff are treated like rubbish while her pals are allowed to do whatever they like. The boss sits at her desk all day ignoring what's going on outside the door. Night staff sleep and leave residents all night without changing those that need It. Reports where made about a member of staff hitting a residents on numerous occasions, the boss. Ignored the claims. Staff are constantly exhausted and run down. There is no work life balance at this company, it's all work and no life, they even call you in when you are on annual leave begging you to work. .
