Understaffed and too much workload - Registered Nurse Maria Mallaband Care Group Employee Review

We have unfortunately seen some of our services short staffed during the COVID period and we are doing everything in our power to change this. Our internal recruitment team has grown to help us with this and we are seeing a positive outcome in the vacancies we are filling.
