Company Benefits are good and holiday entertainment.

Cons

Despite being sold a positive vision of the role, my experience in the payroll department at Menzies has been poor. There is a significant lack of effective leadership; the manager lacks fundamental management skills, and the payroll partner’s approach to staff is demoralizing and authoritarian. I would advise caution to anyone looking for a supportive or professionally managed team environment.

Pros

I’ve really enjoyed working at Menzies. The culture is genuinely supportive and the people are approachable. I feel like my work is noticed. There’s good recognition for what people do. There are also decent opportunities to learn and take on new challenges. Overall it’s a positive place to work where you can contribute and feel part of something.
