Pros

They payed salaries on time.

Cons

During my time at the company, I witnessed ongoing cronyism within senior leadership. A senior manager reporting directly to the CEO repeatedly promoted personal friends from lower-level roles—particularly within the Service Desk and similar entry-level departments—into senior positions despite limited qualifications or relevant experience. One notable example involved promoting an individual who previously managed a five-person Tier 1 Service Desk team to Head of Department in under 18 months. Following these promotions, departmental performance declined significantly. Instead of addressing leadership shortcomings, management placed blame on staff and initiated a redundancy process affecting approximately 50 employees. Throughout this period, several serious concerns arose: • HR policies and redundancy procedures were not followed, including required consultations and fair selection criteria. • External hires were brought in who were personal friends of managers, demonstrating clear favoritism. • Some employees were dismissed without adhering to legally required redundancy processes, raising potential issues of unlawful termination. • Staff reported experiences of bullying, unkept promises, dismissive attitudes, and a general unwillingness from leadership to learn or improve. • The workplace culture became increasingly exclusionary and poorly managed.
