Can be a bit behind on current research but they’re happy to learn new skills. Can be a bit slow with replying with emails and getting jobs done

My colleagues are the only pro to this role at this time.

NELFT used to be a great place to work but now it’s soulless and cares only about money/numbers. They allow managers to bully staff, leads don’t care about their staff. They have removed all the networks and reduced safeguarding supervision time. They want only box tickers. It’s become an awful place to work
