Pros

Steady employment, terms and conditions, some overtime, free tools

Cons

Macquarie owned so mainly about maximising dividends and reducing costs everywhere. The company no longer cares about maintenance and is constantly pushing their CAPEX programme. Gone downhill since leaving national grid.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, it is appreciated. We recognise that as a business the last 18 months has had huge change as we carved out from a large plc so there has been big transformation across the business, and continues to be. As a business we continue to learn, grow and develop, moving forward, reaching our goals to become more agile, inclusive and secure, with safety our number one priority. Our infrastructure is our most important asset, and our maintenance teams crucial in looking after this. Thank you for 20 years of service, we are listening, and will strive to ensure we do the best for our employees and our network.
