There is a strong culture of respect and support, with like-minded professionals who are committed to delivering high-quality care The leadership team are approachable and actually listen to feedback, which makes a big difference day to day. There’s a real focus on team morale and making sure people feel supported, and that comes through in how the team works together. The admin side and tech are also really well set up, which makes the job a lot smoother.It's definitely a fantastic place to work!

I think the only challenge is that things are always changing,it’s quite a fast-moving environment. For me, that’s mostly a positive as it allows the organisation to remain responsive and innovative but I can see how it might feel a bit unsettled for someone who prefers things to stay more consistent. Overall though, I see that as part of what makes the place work well.
