      Pros

      Great Benefits, especially the pension. Fantastic people amazing Director of Architecture.

      Cons

      Constant redundancies. 2-3 rounds in 2 years. Constant changes in senior leadership. Some management do not understand people and treat skilled engineers as ignorant. It seems title is more important than experience.
