Pros

- payment can be withdrawn at anytime - classes a lot, so you get a lot of income - support team responsive - continuously have trainings to improve skills and knowledge - lesson materials are easy to teach, interactive, and prepared

Cons

- TOO STRICT - too cruel, if you miss a class under 5 days or especially under 24 hours, you would lose 3 hearts (you were given 10 hearts, and if you lose 10 of them, they would cut your pay. the heart restore every few days (I forgot)). no matter if your reason to miss the class was a hurricane, a blackout, or whatever that is, they dont care. they say you can report it, but then they ask proofs like local news or etc, what if its not reported?? even if you gave them the news, there is no point, you wouldnt get your heart back if you lose 3, you should lose a certain amount of heart to be able to get it back.

Pros

Job is fun. Students are great. Salary is real time. Flexible work hours. Can take leaves anytime as long as I follow 10-day rule to avoid penalties.

Cons

Sometimes the platform experiences some technical issues.

Pros

- Flexible work from home setup. - Opportunity to teach kids internationally. - Clear curriculum provided, so lesson prep is minimal.

Cons

- Cancellation policy might change from 5 days to 10 days for teachers, while students can cancel or reschedule with only 8 hours’ notice and teachers don’t get paid. - Vacant slots are hidden from students, making it harder to attract new learners and grow schedules. - Communication is poor—teachers are directed to bots instead of real support staff, and surveys feel ignored. - Policies feel increasingly like micromanagement, despite teachers being labeled as “independent contractors.” - Surveys and feedback channels exist, but teacher concerns are consistently ignored.
