Pros
The PR department was an incredibly nurturing and kind place to work. The Creative Team are brilliant, and lacking any ego. It felt like a safe and happy place to be. Very good benefits (health care, pensions etc). Very good hours.
Cons
The gods of WPP dictated salary and career growth. Lack of transparency on pay rises, promotions and opportunities based off merit rather than convenient timings for WPP.
