Colleagues are friendly and there is a teamwork culture. Business helps as flexibly as they can with individual needs and the support is unmatched, don't get that elsewhere. Overtime is always available and the office is a fun place to be

There can be some micro management however it's a call centre so it makes sense. I don't fins this overwhelming though
