This administrative role is very much needed and is an integral part of our Talent Acquisition team providing necessary support to achieve successful hiring and on-boarding experiences.
Our New Colleague Assessment activity ensures that roles and expectations are clarified, along with mandatory training and policy reading and in-role targets, with a least 4-weekly catch-up meetings.
When onboarding, each member of the team spends time with new colleagues to explain the role, show them the ropes and make priorities and expectations clear. We expect new colleagues to make their own notes which make sense to them, in addition to the materials which already exist.
We have a successful agile working strategy and comprehensive wellbeing programme, and so no-one is expected to work more hours than contracted.
