Pros
PayByPhone is a great company to work for who place a real emphasis on both business and individual success. The wider team are all very enthusiastic and team work is actively encouraged. Employees are regularly praised for their sucess/good work and mistakes are used as oppertunities to improve and develop individuals rather than being frowned upon. The growing nature of the company means employees are empowered with decision making and their views/opinions are asked for even if it doesn't necerssarily sit within their department. Flexible working is also encouraged and gives people the freedom to work from home or other locations.
Cons
It can be incredibly fast paced and 'change' is the norm. For those who prefer a more structured job it may come as a challenge. The office isn't located in your typical working area so may be a slightly harder commute for some - a train station is still walking distance and it's not far from a motorway though.
