Pros
Company has perfected the low overheads which make rates competitive to clients. Some of the staff have quality experience, but cheap rates makes them look undervalued
Cons
Management is over run with poorly trained and poorly experienced individuals who happen to have been with the company a long time. Project work is very ordinary, not a place to become an engineer with outstanding experience. Overtime is expected on all projects for most of the time. Pay is low. Talent is not recognised. Office is lack luster and not exactly a place to take clients. Managers are more interested in browsing the internet than listening to a staff members problems. Senior directors are very difficult to work with, set unrealistic targets, that cause considerable stress to all those lower in the company.
