The start of my employment was an extremely positive outlook and I am delighted to share the following 10 months has remained positive if not better! Everyone that I have come in to contact with from colleagues, trainers, care coordinators, management and so forth have been nothing but supportive, inspirational and with a wealth of personal experience. They have and continue to support me day to day either by the phone, face to face or through supervision. I have successfully passed probation and I'm in the last month of completing my Health and Social Care NVQ level 2 with the agreement of starting NVQ level 3 on completion. Great people, Great values and a feeling of belonging in a great team. I couldn't ask for more, may it long continue. Thanks for all you do! Lisa Mountford-Jones

I’ve been working for professional carers for coming up to 6 months now, ive loved every minute of it from the training which is excellent. All the staff are great and do their best to make sure the staff are happy especially the co ordinators who sort the rota/runs out do their best to make sure your happy with were you are going etc. I’ve had nothing but a positive time since working here. The supervisors have all been great aswell if you have any concerns/problems they sort it straight away.
