The start of my employment was an extremely positive outlook and I am delighted to share the following 10 months has remained positive if not better! Everyone that I have come in to contact with from colleagues, trainers, care coordinators, management and so forth have been nothing but supportive, inspirational and with a wealth of personal experience. They have and continue to support me day to day either by the phone, face to face or through supervision. I have successfully passed probation and I'm in the last month of completing my Health and Social Care NVQ level 2 with the agreement of starting NVQ level 3 on completion. Great people, Great values and a feeling of belonging in a great team. I couldn't ask for more, may it long continue. Thanks for all you do! Lisa Mountford-Jones

I have worked for professional carers for over 2 years now, office staff are easy to talk to and there is always support from supervisors, with having a busy family life Lisa was supportive in my changeover from working full time community days to doing bank work which meant I could fulfil my duties at home and still do the job I enjoy

Cons

Travel times between calls can push your time over especially if walking
