Amazing culture, strong strategy and good work / life balance. If you are looking to excel and have the best years of your career this is the place to be.
Cons
Onboarding for specialist roles could be more focused, the Sales Academy in terms of content was very broad and more specific for account managers.

Hi. Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We appreciate your perspective and we're glad to see that overall you're having a great experience on the team.
There are a handful of genuinely good people throughout the company - not within leadership.
Cons
Employees are expected to do more with less- leading to long hours and unsustainable workload. Work-life balance is talked about but not consistently demonstrated by leadership.
The culture felt performance-driven at the expense of people. I often felt that employees were valued more for their output than as individuals. Speaking up, challenging decisions, or offering a different perspective did not feel psychologically safe.
The CEO’s town hall messaging reinforces this culture. Statements such as “ If you don’t like it here, you can leave” and that employees who don’t learn Ai will be come “obsolete” came across as lacking empathy.
Trust in leadership was low from my perspective.
