Would not recommend - Planner SECOM Plc Employee Review

The managers have a clique with certain employees. I was bullied out of the company by my manager. I was doing 1 half of a job and then my colleague left. So I ended up doing 2 peoples jobs. I asked for another person, I asked for help. All of my requests were turned down. I was not allowed to put in for my overtime, so my overtime was for free. But I also wasn’t allowed to go home leaving the job half done. Since I left, I am aware that the person that took over my job was someone with a family connection to the company. They have been given unlimited overtime, working up to 7 days a week if they wish. Along with extra resources and another person to help him.
