      Pros

      The people working for Safetykleen are some of the hardest working and loyal. Whilst there I built up good relations with several people across numerous geographies.

      Cons

      They have churned 15 executive roles in 18 months, and most have left because of the CEO Philip Maugey. Even the Executive Recruitment industry is avoiding him! The pay and remuneration looks good, but it will never materialize.

      It’s too big and communication is poor. The air side of the business is taken for granted and its most of its revenue
