Very rewarding role helping customers directly, especially when resolving leaks or billing concerns Opportunity to develop technical and customer service skills together Work can be varied, no two days are the same Recognition is possible if you go above and beyond – I was featured on Channel 4 and nominated for a Rising Star award, which shows the company does acknowledge high performers Everyone works together as a team

Cons

Rewarding role with real impact, but requires resilience Not always predictable day-to-day Can be stressful dealing with customer complaints at times but teaches you how to handle customer queries.
