Cons
- No job security whatsoever. You will only be employed on a zero hour contract and work as and when there is a project available. - No training provided to new starters. - No career prospects - You have timed breaks which are scheduled. - Pay is far below industry average - Security is crazy!! - You are not allowed to have your phone, bag or coats with you, everything has to be locked away in a designated locker. - Restricted web access - You have to swipe your key card into every room. - Location is awful! On one side there is the motorway and on the other side is a grave yard. There is no access to any shops or any places to eat apart from a terrible cafe in the building that serves bland canteen food, so you have to bring your own packed lunch but the communal area is too small for the amount of people that work there. - Everybody works in silence - Project Managers are power mad - Ideas and cross collaboration are not welcomed. - Long periods of having no work to do - No bonus, incentives or perks - Christmas day must be booked off in advance or that day will be unpaid - Leaving early will have your pay deducted - Only 14 days holiday allowance as opposed to the standard 28 day! - No company culture or values
