Pros

Flexi-time. Nothing else to add.

Cons

Deeply toxic culture that rewards favoritism over merit. Unless you're part of the inner circle, expect little support, recognition, or job security. Senior management operates with an outdated, top-down mentality. Not open to feedback, not inclusive and often outright dismissive. Juniors are treated more like personal assistants than professionals. High turnover, constant gossip, and an overwhelming lack of transparency. Micromanagement is rampant, and initiative is stifled. No structured learning or development. You're mostly left to fend for yourself. PLEASE think before you join.

Thanks for your review. I'm sorry to hear of your experience with us which isn't reflective of the other 650 employees we have here. We run multiple engagement surveys every year for all employees to have their opinions heard and positive changes delivered, with results being significantly better than any in our industry. We don't just listen, we take action on feedback - with a new People Experience Lead being added to the organisation shows a real commitment from our business investing in making us an even better workplace. Our employee turnover is 14% below industry average which reflects a good place to work. All the best in your next venture.

Pros

The culture here is great, the team is professional whilst also being friendly, staff are not micromanaged and have the autonomy to get the job done. There is a lot of support if needed. The company is very flexible around family life, with flexi time and flexible, understanding managers. Team work is a big focus here and everyone is willing to pitch in and help. Hybrid working makes a huge difference. Management, even senior, is approachable and willing to listen to feedback.

Cons

Progression opportunities are limited at present, parental pay could be better, the option to work from home full time would be great.
