Extremely poor management, don't care about the development of their staff unless it directly benefits them. Lack of communication between departments and lack of structure. Also reported sexual misconduct to my HR and was told by them, 'thats upsetting but it happens to everyone at some point of their career, happened to me too'. Toxic positivity, extremely surface level and use their employees who are too stuck to quit
